SexTech TO to Hit Toronto Saturday

TORONTO — SexTech TO will be held Saturday, June 7, at the Centre for Social Innovation in Toronto.

"This one-day conference will bring together thought leaders, interactive tech demos, and bold conversations designed to inform, inspire, and ignite change," said a rep. "The keynote will feature disability and sexuality advocate Andrew Gurza; additional points of interest include installations from K!nky Makers and Research & Desire, among other innovators pushing boundaries within the $38 billion global sex tech industry."

Alexanddra Friedman, founder of SexTech TO, enthused about the event.

“SexTech TO is about making the unknown known,” Friedman said. “We’re creating a hub for sex-positive innovation here in Toronto — similar to that of New York or Berlin. We want to amplify voices, connect the players, and make resources more visible. Sex tech isn’t just about toys; it’s about health, equity, inclusion, and the freedom to access tools that support human sexuality. This will be the perfect teaser of what you can expect for the future of sex tech in Toronto.”
