Pornhub Releases 2024 'Year in Review' Report

LOS ANGELES — Pornhub has released its “Year in Review Insights” report for 2024, the 11th edition of the site’s annual statistics, data analysis, and infographic initiative.

The report features infographics and statistics breaking down searches according to gender, sexual orientation, state-by-state search habits, the time people spend on Pornhub, and other data reported by the company.

Among the 2024 data, highlights include “Most Searched Porn Stars” (Angela White, Abella Danger, Violet Myers, Lana Rhoades, and Eva Elfie topping the list), “Most Searched Terms in the U.S.” (hentai, latina, MILF, Asian, ebony, and lesbian), and “Top 20 Countries by Traffic” (led by the U.S., Philippines, France, Mexico, and the U.K.).

According to the report, "Demure" porn was 2024’s top trend, rising 133%. The term “mindful pleasure” was up 112%, and “mindful JOI” was up 87%.

Searches related to modesty also increased, the report reveals. The term “modesty” increased 77%, and the term “modest MILF” was up 45%.

Other trending topics were “The Secret Lives of Pornhub Wives,” “Coworker Crushes,” and “Going for Gold,” while “Bukkake” grew 125%, making it the world’s fastest-growing category.

Additional insights featured generational findings. Boomers are 36% more likely to view the "strap on" category than any other generation, and Gen Z searches lean more toward non-porn searches like “music,” “safe for work,” and “gaming,” reflecting a desire for an experience beyond sexual content.
