Playboy Exec Holly Ruprecht, Ana Foxxx to Host Online Industry Edition of XBIZ Honors

LOS ANGELES — Industry veteran and Playboy executive Holly Ruprecht and award-winning performer-producer Ana Foxxx have been tapped to host the online industry edition of the 2025 XBIZ Honors, set for Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the Kimpton Everly Hotel in Hollywood.

Widely beloved for her grand and kindhearted personality, Ruprecht serves as vice president of talent and productions for Playboy Plus, where she has risen through the ranks since joining the company in 2018. Prior to that, she worked with noted industry brands such as Hustler, Epoch, Cybersocket, Falcon/NakedSword, and Lucas Entertainment.

Since beginning her adult industry career, Foxxx has amassed hundreds of scene credits, as well as awards and critical acclaim. She has worked for a wide range of marquee studios and with famed directors like Axel Braun, Jacky St. James, and Casey Calvert. She is a Fleshlight Girl and became a full-fledged producer for Playboy Plus in 2021.

Both shared their excitement about coming together to host the ceremony.

Ruprecht enthused, “I am absolutely thrilled to be hosting the online industry edition of XBIZ Honors alongside the incredible Ana Foxxx. It’s an honor to celebrate all the outstanding talent and achievements in our business, and I couldn’t ask for a better co-host to make the night unforgettable!

“I’m honored to be hosting alongside my very best friend, Holly,” concurred Foxxx. “This event is a true celebration of the incredible talent and hard work that drives the adult industry forward. We’re thrilled to recognize the innovators who continue to shape and redefine our biz, and we can’t wait to be part of such a special night!

Both hosts are recipients of numerous past awards and nominations and are themselves XBIZ Exec Award nominees this year. Foxxx has also received multiple nominations for the upcoming 2025 XMAs.
