#HandsOffMyPorn Campaign Doubles Its Ad Buy

LOS ANGELES — The #HandsOffMyPorn campaign has doubled its ad buy in swing states ahead of next month's election.

The campaign, initiated by a group of high-profile adult performers, directors and content creators in collaboration with progressive political marketing group Artists United for Change, has announced that it will spend another $100,000 on preroll and banner ads on adult websites, as well as preroll ads on mainstream sites, in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Arizona, Georgia and Nevada.

"A handful of votes in a handful of states will determine who is our next president. We’re confident that our campaign will be a difference-maker," said content creator Allie Awesome, who stars in one of the ads. "In a 900-page document, the authors put forth their total ban and criminalization of pornography on Page 5. That’s how serious they are about this, and voters need to know."

Director Michael Vegas, who stars in another ad, added, "As a former Republican who grew up in a swing area like Orange County, I’m exactly the target demographic of this ad campaign and can say it’s highly effective. Young men who enjoy our product need to be aware that Project 2025 goes farther than ever before and completely bans pornography and criminalizes it all. This will ultimately infringe on the Constitutional rights of those who consume porn. It won’t end with us."

The campaign also noted that the initial group of 17 industry names behind the campaign had swelled to 51.
