Streamate's Elevate, Siouxsie Q Partner for 'Voting 101' Series

SEATTLE — Streamate’s Elevate initiative is debuting a "Voting 101" Q&A series hosted by Siouxsie Q.

The series will provide vital voter information for the upcoming Nov. 5 U.S. elections, covering topics like voter eligibility, confirming registration, current voting methods, and tips for a smooth voting experience.

Additionally, Siouxsie Q will share insights on what’s at stake for the adult industry in this election and highlight key issues that community members should be aware of.

“We are truly honored to be collaborating with Siouxsie Q, a fearless powerhouse who’s been such an influential voice for sex workers and the adult industry and has not hesitated to answer the call when representation was needed most,” said a rep. “We’re grateful to Siouxsie for dedicating her time to sharing critical information with voters both in and adjacent to our community ahead of such a pivotal election.”

Siouxsie Q will also be featured in an exclusive interview with Streamate’s Vanessa Eve, where she’ll share insights into her family background.

“My mother is an activist and my grandfather was an activist in our tribal community,” Siouxsie Q explained. “I’m a Modoc woman — it’s literally just in my blood to dissent and to critique and to fight for the survival of people who are living within this American empire.”

Siouxsie Q is also hosting a series of nonpartisan voter symposiums across the U.S. through her Hot2Vote campaign, which aims to educate and inspire ambivalent and first-time voters to participate in the democratic process.

“I am truly honored to work in collaboration with Elevate and Streamate to amplify the message of how important it is for adult industry professionals to participate and let their voices be heard during every state, local, and federal election in which they can vote,” Siouxsie Q added.
