Voting for FSC Board of Directors Starts Nov. 28

LOS ANGELES — Voting for the Free Speech Coalition’s board of directors election will begin on Nov. 28 and run through Dec. 5.

Each elected member will serve a two-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2024.

There are eight board seats up for election. Candidates include eight incumbent board directors and four member-nominated candidates.

Members may vote for eight candidates. All FSC members in good standing will receive an email with a unique voting link on Nov. 28.

"It is important that as many members as possible participate," said a rep. "If you don't plan to vote, please click on the voting link in the email and choose 'Abstain.'"

The eight current board members running for reelection are Cathy Beardsley, Jeffrey Douglas, Steven Grooby, Lucy Hart, Micah Martinez, Constance Penley, Jamie Rodriguez and Scott Watkins.

The four member nominees are Allie Awesome, Allie Eve Knox, Craig Miller and Liz Rek.
