Sergeant Miles Pleads Guilty for Role in Jan. 6 Insurrection

WASHINGTON — Adult performer Sergeant Miles pleaded guilty on Thursday to assaulting, resisting or impeding law enforcement officers during the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

The Florida-based Miles, a self-identified member of the Proud Boys group, has over 370 adult credits on IAFD, most of which are in gay productions.

“Miles and more than 2,000 other rioters stormed the Capitol to disrupt the Electoral College’s vote count and overturn the results of the 2020 election,” the Miami Herald reported, adding that Miles “traveled to Washington, D.C. for the Jan. 6 rally but left before any speeches began, instead opting to rendezvous with other Proud Boys and play ‘a leading role in the riot,’ according to court records.”

Wearing a camo jacket, Miles joined another rioter, Matthew LeBrun, and entered the restricted perimeter of the Capitol building, ignoring barricades and police in riot gear.

According to court records, Miles “then shoved a Capitol police officer and attempted to punch another,” as LeBrun cheered him on, the Herald reported. “A short time later, Miles used a wooden plank to smash a window and gain access inside of the Capitol.”

In a statement from the U.S. State Attorney’s Office, District of Columbia, prosecutors explained that “in addition to attempting to assault the officer, Miles made additional physical contact with law enforcement officers, seeking to obstruct, impede, and interfere with their efforts to hold back the rioters.”
