ASACP Names Southern Charms, Dating Gold, GFY 'Featured Sponsors' for September

LOS ANGELES — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) has named Southern Charms, Dating Gold and GFY as its Featured Sponsors for September 2023.

“ASACP is extremely grateful for the guidance, inspiration and support that it receives from its dedicated family of sponsors,” said ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning. “This two-way exchange of ideas and resources is a key element in our success at protecting children from accidental exposure to age-restricted materials online.”

These are the ASACP descriptions for its September sponsors:

Southern Charms

An ASACP Title Sponsor since 2003, amateur porn portal Southern Charms is one of the world’s largest sites, with more than 25 years of experience in providing women over 18 years old with an opportunity to have their own customized website. Accessible to adults only, Southern Charms takes pride in being a clean site that features age-verified models with releases on file for each performer.

“You will not find obscene material or underage models on Southern Charms," said a company rep. "You will only find clean adult amateur fun. Please rest assured that if someone communicates to us that they are interested in underage pictures of models, we will report it to the appropriate authorities immediately.”

In addition to its support of ASACP, Southern Charms backs up its business philosophy by using RTA labeling and a clean warning page and securing explicit content within its premium members’ area.

DatingGold

A valued ASACP Corporate Sponsor since 2007, casual dating and webcam affiliate program DatingGold demonstrates its commitment to protecting children by including the RTA label on its flagship cam site WebCamClub, and dating site, AmateurMatch. It also offers a variety of other niche cam and dating sites, as well as co-branded affiliate sites.

Although ASACP holds its sponsors to the highest ethical standards, cam and dating sites are faced with additional membership requirements because they contain user-generated content that is produced outside of commercial channels, which regulate a performer’s proof of age — so extra steps are needed to help ensure that only lawful images and consenting adults are displayed.

Here, DatingGold excels as an example of how proactive measures by content providers can make a difference in keeping children safe on the internet.

GFY

An In-Kind Media Sponsor since 2021, GFY is known for its lively community and uncensored discussions. GFY features a range of dedicated message boards devoted to topics ranging from casual commentary to in-depth adult and mainstream business discussions. In addition, educational forums and marketplaces for content, jobs, services and traffic round out the GFY experience.

GFY’s “Where the Industry Meets” tagline underscores its value as a veteran resource, event host, and touchpoint for the adult digital media business.

“ASACP appreciates Southern Charms, Dating Gold and GFY for their commitment, generosity and leadership in supporting the association and its mission to keep children out of and away from adult-oriented content,” Henning added. “ASACP’s sponsors are building a better future for the industry and society’s most vulnerable members. We thank them for this and encourage others to help support our efforts on behalf of society’s most vulnerable members.”
