LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures has released the third scene from Seth Gamble’s new series “Reckless,” titled “He Was Framed!”
Produced by Axel Braun, the eight-episode series is written and directed by twice-crowned and reigning XBIZ Male Performer of the Year Seth Gamble, who also plays the lead role.
This installment — co-starring Kenna James and Mick Blue — sheds crucial new light on the dilemma faced by racing enthusiast and tech genius Silas Knight (Gamble). Fresh out of prison, Knight is determined to turn his life around and embark on a path of legitimacy. Teaming up with his beautiful wife Harlow Knight (Ivy Wolfe), Knight dreams of establishing a legitimate business, and their hopes soar when he invents a chip that promises to revolutionize car performance and propel them toward success.
James and Blue play master mechanic Brooke Michaels and enigmatic racing car driver-turned-guru Lucius Volkov. Michaels, grappling with slow business, sees an opportunity to profit from Knight’s groundbreaking invention and already has an investor lined up, leading to an entanglement of interests and desires.
Gamble explained that Volkov is a crossover character from his previous feature “Deranged.”
“This is actually his character’s backstory,” he said. “He’s a fan of taking shortcuts in life to achieve his ends. He’s taken an interest in Silas’ tech for purely personal reasons — he wants to give himself the edge needed to be the fastest driver on the circuit. Obviously, I couldn’t conceive of a better person to bring this role to life than Mick Blue, who has pursued a very successful parallel career as a race car driver. He has a true passion for the world of racing.”
Blue enthused about getting to work with talented actors and an “amazing director” to create something special.
“The scene with Kenna was one of the great ones,” he said. “She and I have great chemistry to begin with and the way it was captured makes this one exceptional.”
Gamble predicted that James’ most ardent fans will be “blown away” by her work on “Reckless.”
“It was a given that she’d deliver a sexually explosive performance, but the nuances to Brooke Michaels that she communicates through her acting and mannerisms were nothing short of revelatory,” the director shared. “She and Mick delivered in every way possible. Sexually they are both very intense and passionate performers. They committed 100% and what they delivered surpassed my expectations in every way.”
James said that she loved everything about Gamble’s vision.
“He made it so easy to bring it to life with such an amazing cast,” she declared. “Mick is definitely one of my favorite performers to work with because he makes it so easy and fun. This was such a fun project and I hope to be a part of many more.”
"Reckless" represents the first time Gamble has played the lead role in a project that he has also written and directed. The series' ensemble cast includes Kenzie Anne, Axel Braun, Lexington Steele, Nathan Bronson, Tommy Pistol, Ryan Reid, August Skye, Nicole Doshi and David Lee.
