Death of TheGuySite.com Owner William Futral Investigated as Homicide

TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Police Department is currently investigating as a homicide the death of William Futral, owner of gay paysite TheGuySite.com.

Tampa PD released a statement about the investigation without naming the victim, but sources close to Futral confirmed his identity to XBIZ.

Futral’s body was found May 1 at the Beck Apartments in Tampa by a maintenance worker, according to the statement. The autopsy revealed he died as a result of upper body trauma.

Tampa PD believes the killing was “a targeted attack.”

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information related to the incident is asked to contact Tampa PD by calling 813-231-6130 or share a tip via Tip411, which is accessible through the TampaPD app.
