Wicked Sensual Care Spotlights Enchantasys' Ashley Yates

LOS ANGELES — Wicked Sensual Care (WSC) has highlighted Ashley Yates of Enchantasys in Killeen, Texas for its latest "Retail Employee Spotlight."

Each month, a new "superstar" in the pleasure products industry is interviewed for the WSC newsletter.

Yates enthused over how she got her start at the pleasure products space.

“I’ve always been fascinated by adult toys,” she said. “The older I got, the more eclectic my taste became, so wanting to work at an adult store was a no brainer for me. I think it’s great to help people develop their own fantasies and help them bring them to life in a safe and consensual way.”

Yates added that she is focused on delivering superior customer service and building genuine relationships.

“Customers always come in looking for ways to spice things up," she explained. "Watching their faces light up when you can piece something together for them is incredible. It has to be my favorite part of my job.”

Wicked Sensual Care Director of Sales Jennifer Brice praised Yates' methods.

“Ashley knows being treated well has, and always will, matter to people," she said. “Customers aren't the only beneficiaries of great service; when executed the right way, it empowers employees to make good decisions and do their best work. So the business case for superior customer service is both a marketing strategy and a way to build a strong company culture. Every day, Ashley proves great service is great for business.”

A potential "retail superstar" may be nominated by sending their name, store name, location and a brief paragraph about why they deserve to be a superstar to team@wickedsensualcare.com. Superstars may also self-nominate.
