IMC Acquires PervOutAffiliates Paysite Network

LOS ANGELES — International Media Company BV (IMC) has acquired the queer and fetish paysite network PervOutAffiliates.

The acquisition includes five paysites — BiFuck.com, Sweetfemdom.com, ManupFilms.com, HotTS.com, and GenderFlux.com — and their content libraries. The network was purchased from Lucy Hart. Four of the sites were acquired outright and added to IMC's AdultPrime Network. GenderFlux will be co-run with its creator Nikki Hearts.

"We are so happy to acquire the content and the paysites in Lucy Hart’s network," said IMC CEO Roald Riepen. "It is an amazing addition to our ever-growing portfolio and to have this type of niche content is a great complement to the content that we already had in our network."

The addition of the five newly-acquired websites brings the AdultPrime Network roster up to 121 paysites.
