Tiffany Tatum: XBIZ Europas FPOTY Reflects on International Stardom

Tiffany Tatum radiated triumphant bliss as she lit up the stage after being crowned Female Performer of the Year at the 2022 XBIZ Europa Awards. In front of a roaring crowd at the swanky Metropol in Berlin, she celebrated reaching the zenith of international stardom, thanking her agency, Brillbabes, and smiling fondly at industry bestie Amirah Adara, who was clapping excitedly in the crowd.

A dynamo of creative energy and passion, Tatum has delivered acclaimed on-screen performances for every major studio in Europe. With razor-sharp wits and a business-savvy mind, she knows the value of showing up with a positive attitude, consistent excellence and matching words to deeds.

Always dressed to impress with a self-possessed poise that is cool, calm and collected, Tatum smoothly dispensed hard-won wisdom during many an XBIZ Berlin panel, while hobnobbing with major players across the spectrum at several social events.

Tatum’s in-person dazzle matches her social media sizzle for a simple reason: authenticity is at her core. It is also why hundreds of thousands of fans flock to her online.

Now, she opens up about her career and future ambitions in this exclusive interview.

XBIZ: Tell us what inspired you to become an adult performer.

Tatum: I was 19 years old and working at a restaurant, yet I felt like I was destined for something different in life. Something that would make me better and recognized across the world. I was also really into girls and had special feelings for them that I wanted to explore openly, which is ultimately what led me to my agency. I found them almost by accident and my whole life changed completely. For the first time ever, I felt comfortable in my body and in my soul. I felt that I had arrived where I needed to be — and where I am now, doing great.

XBIZ: What are the biggest ways you've grown as a person and performer over the past five years?

Tatum: I became even braver. I believe in myself in every way. No matter what happens, I’m ready and I can move on.

XBIZ: Discuss your work with Brillbabes and how your dynamic has evolved with the agency.

Tatum: Brillbabes is one of the best things that has happened to me in my life. Ever since I found them and started to work with the best team in the business, I have felt very close to them, from the beginning. They really trusted me and believed in me all the time. I have been fortunate not to have many bad experiences in the industry but whenever I did, they were by my side and helped me in every way they could. I am so grateful for them; they’ve become my second “parents” and I couldn’t wish for anyone better in my career.

XBIZ: What studio-shot movies or scenes were you most proud of this past year?

Tatum: It is very hard to name just a few, but the biggest were with Pierre Woodman, “Academy” for Rocco Siffredi — and honestly every scene I filmed for him. I’m also really proud of my Dorcel scenes, my Brazzers shoot with Jay and Danny and my first Tushy anal with Christian, as well as shooting for Parasited and Hentaied.

XBIZ: Can we expect any original productions and ventures?

Tatum: Finally, it is on the way. I was very busy these past few years at work and I did not yet feel that I had the right people around me to make my own productions. Now I have the greatest photographer and social media manager by my side and we are working so hard on the future. We want to create something very special and I hope we can bring something new to the business.

XBIZ: Describe your strategy for time management and balancing your many responsibilities.

Tatum: I am trying to manage my time better and better. There are so many jobs and I can’t say “no” to them, so I am still learning how to do my best because I feel a big responsibility for everything I do.

XBIZ: How do you handle social media engagement with fans?

Tatum: I am very bad with social media because I don’t like to spend my whole day on the phone, but the feeling of empowerment and positivity I get from my fans is unbelievable, so I am trying to be more and more active on social media. Did I mention I have the best social media manager?

XBIZ: Talk about your close friends in the industry and how you uplift one another.

Tatum: Amirah Adara is my soulmate, my sister and my partner in crime. I think we complement each other very well. We listen to and respect each other, which is the most important thing in love, friendship and business partnership for me. We actually created our own production team called Toxic Angels, and now we are finally ready to share more about what it is and why we made it. Not only am I very lucky to have her, I also know the nicest people in the industry. I can’t list everyone, but I hope everyone knows I love them.

XBIZ: What was it like sharing your wisdom on XBIZ Berlin panels and winning Female Performer of the Year at the Europas this year?

Tatum: Four years ago, I began aiming to become a big name in the business. I knew that if I worked hard and stayed humble, I could be one of the best. And it turns out that dreams do come true. I felt so respected at the show and I was really glad that people know how hard I work and how hard Brillbabes works. This award is also for my agency, because if they were not there for me, it never would have happened. Thank you so much to everyone again and again, I couldn’t be happier.

XBIZ: Discuss your goals for the coming year.

Tatum: I have so many plans, like usual, but right now I’m focusing on my own NFT project, which is almost ready. I can’t wait to reveal what we created. The second thing is my own website, but I do not want to say anything else. Just be ready because we are coming! I am also very interested in doing something outside of the industry.
