Lube Life Marks Pride Month With Birthday Cake Flavored Lube

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — Lube Life is marking Pride Month in June with this weekend's release of the limited-edition Water-Based Birthday Cake Flavored Lubricant and a commitment of 15% of sales from the product to the It Gets Better Project.

A rep noted the company will make a minimum donation of $10,000 to the nonprofit organization whose  mission is to uplift, empower and connect LGBTQ youth around the globe.

"This new lube complements the body’s natural lubrication and enhances the pleasure of intimacy, elevating every aspect of your sexual adventure, not to mention it tastes like a delicious treat," a rep said. "It is compatible with most toy materials, as well as natural rubber latex, polyurethane and polyisoprene condoms, so you can play worry-free and safely. The Birthday Cake Flavored Lubricant is non-sticky, non-staining, easy to clean and is made without propylene glycol, added sugars or parabens."

The release is being promoted on social media channels with the hashtag #BigCakeEnergy.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to support the LGBTQ+ community and to partner with such an amazing organization like It Gets Better, which works to impact the lives of LGBTQ+ youth in positive ways,” said Tara Merkle, senior director of marketing for Lube Life. “We’re proud to offer products that support limitless sexual adventure regardless of gender, ethnicity, body size or sexual orientation, as well as to serve as a resource for how to explore your own limitless sexual adventures, and enjoy sex safely."

The Water-Based Birthday Cake Flavored Lubricant is available on LubeLife.com and Amazon while supplies last.
