Magic Wand Launches New Retail Display Contest

NAPA, Calif. — Vibratex, the exclusive North American distributor of the Magic Wand brand, will host a retail display contest to mark Magic Wand Day on May 20.

"Magic Wand Day is an opportunity to celebrate the community that has made Magic Wand the most iconic pleasure product in history," a rep said. "Since its debut on May 20, 1968, millions of people from every walk of life have trusted retailers to share the legendary power and historic pleasure that only the Magic Wand can deliver."

This year's retail display contest theme is Magic Wand Tattoos. Temporary tattoos designed by artist Gentle Jaz are available to wear and give away to customers.

To participate, retailers are invited to set up their most creative Magic Wand Day display or online promotion and submit photos of the display by May 20. Click here to download Magic Wand Day resources; click here to order the temporary tattoos.

Vibratex will announce the winners on June 2; the first-place prize includes 24 Magic Wands (six of each SKU) for resale and $1,000 to be shared among store staff.

Second place includes 12 Magic Wands (three of each SKU) for resale and $750 to be shared among store staff; third place includes eight Magic Wands (two of each SKU) for resale and $500 to be shared among store staff.
