'VanillaBeast: Ace in the Hole' Kickstarter Campaign Launched

CINCINNATI — The Vanilla Gaming Company's Kickstarter campaign for "VanillaBeast: Ace in the Hole" game launches today.

The game features a variety of gameplay styles that hearken back to such popular titles as “Punisher,” “Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!” and “Friday the 13th” on the NES, among others. Each adult star plays themselves in the game, with full voiceover work, as they help Vanilla thwart the evil deeds of a mystery villain intent on banishing the nightlife from their town.

“We’re looking to make the biggest and best game featuring top adult film stars in the history of gaming. I’m honored and feel very privileged to work with Jewel De’Nyle, Eva Notty, Kasey Storm and Coralyn Jewel as well as rising stars like Anna Claire Clouds. We’re also tackling some of the current issues these stars face, like shadowbanning, account lockouts and discrimination in general," said company president Neil Herrin.

"We’re doing it all whilst making sure you’re laughing and having a good time," he added.

Participant Kasey Storm added, “I cannot wait for this to come out. Being a part of this project is beyond exciting. I’ve been playing games since I was a kid, and this brings me back to my Atari, Sega and Nintendo days. It has such an exciting retro feel. I’m just totally blown away."

Jewel noted, “I was lucky enough to have Neil on my 'Hankie Pankie' podcast as a guest recently to speak about some of the issues of acceptance and constant judgment we all face. Freedom of speech is being taken away from artists and performers in every career path these days, and we must all stand together as one against this. I love the theme of 'VanillaBeast' and how they’re going about it. I’m happy to be a part of it."

De'Nyle recently joined the project.

“I think this game is great and I really appreciate the passion Neil is putting into it. The '90s were a great time and I think anyone who was young and lived through them will agree anything that takes us back to that time period is something we need," she said.

"I can’t wait to work on my character and make sure she comes along appropriately," De'Nyle quipped.
