AdultReviews Celebrates 20th Anniversary

LOS ANGELES — AdultReviews.com is celebrating its milestone 20th anniversary, a journey that began with site founders Thomas and Jeppe publishing a review of AllTeens.com in August 2001.

The site was a 2011 XBIZ Awards nominee for "Portal/Review Site of the Year."

"Where they led, other review sites followed, launching themselves from mid-2003 onwards, but where many have fallen, AdultReviews remains strong to this day [as] one of the most popular, trusted and respected adult review sites online, [having] published over 8,000 honest and objective reviews during its 20 years," noted a rep.

Thomas and Jeppe sold the site in 2007 to its current owners, who are "extremely proud to own such an important part of the industry's history."

"We continue to publish reviews in 45 categories, covering straight, bi, gay and trans sites, and promoting the best adult sites on the net," the rep said.

AdultReviews director Adam M praised the ongoing strength of the property.

"When the opportunity to purchase AdultReviews came about, I was extremely excited to own a site I had admired for so many years," he said. "I worked with Thomas and Jeppe in the early days with Wildcash.com, and always admired them. It is an honor to be a part of this significant site's history, and I hope we can celebrate many more milestones in the future."
