Blush Novelties Revamps B2B Website

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. — Blush Novelties has launched a revamped B2B website that offers new features for accessing product details, specs and wholesale information.

"Buyers and business owners are busier than ever, and we are committed to making purchasing products online as easy as we can for them,” Blush Novelties Co-Founder and CEO Meng said. “Our partners rely on accurate information in a timely manner, so our new B2B site has been given an overhaul to achieve all of these components. We have also made the ordering process run more smoothly because we value our customers’ time and want to ensure that our brand is known for our dedicated, streamlined service."

Blush Novelties began rolling out the website’s updates over the past month, which include the option of placing orders directly on the site or uploading a .CSV file for larger orders.

“Among BlushLove’s biggest improvements are its reliability and uptime; it features integration with all backend systems for real-time inventory control,” Meng said. “In an information-driven world, this allows us to keep our customers as informed as we can through the site.”

Among the additional updates are mobile capability, ADA compliance for vision- and hearing-impaired customers, improved search functionality and a product wish list.

“We’re happy to do anything we can to improve the customer experience and bolster our business relationships,” Meng said. “We want customers to say, ‘Not only do we love Blush products, but also they make it easy for us to do business.'"
