ExoClick Launches 'Client Days' With Assistance for Video Ads

BARCELONA — ExoClick has announced the launch of Client Days, a new initiative that gives non-account managed advertiser and publisher clients the opportunity for expert advice via a 45-minute Skype call with an ExoClick account manager.

The first Client Days will be held the second and third week of November and will focus on video advertising.

“Because Video is a very different style of ad format compared to display ads, many advertisers have problems setting up In-stream Video and Video Slider test campaigns and then optimizing those campaigns to generate higher conversions,” said a rep. “Publishers also have had problems optimizing their In-stream Video and Video Slider ad zones to not only increase their CPM values but also significantly boost their revenues."

ExoClick’s Sales and Ad Operations Director Evan Zirdelis commented that the company “wants all our clients to be able to increase their earnings using ExoClick’s platform. There are a large range of tools available to help with optimization and many tips and creative processes that can be a major contributing factor to significant improvements in ROI.”

“Whether you are an advertiser with underperforming video campaigns,” Ziredelis continued, “or you have just started video advertising for the very first time, Client Days can help you. If you are a publisher who has underperforming video ad zones, expert advice from our Publisher Account Managers can give you great optimization techniques to experiment with.”

Requirements to Apply

Client Days are on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 10 non-account-managed advertiser clients and 10 non-account-managed publisher accounts. Languages available for Advertiser Account Managers are English, Spanish, French and German. Languages available for Publisher Account Managers are English, Spanish and Russian.

To request a Client Day Skype call, contact the Client Care team with the subject “Client Days Video Advertising” and account name.

Clients should also include:

  • Advertisers: a list of video campaign IDs that need help
  • Publishers: a list of ad zone IDs that require guidance
  • A maximum of five specific questions related to campaigns or ad zones for the Client Care team to investigate before the Skype call

Entrants who receive a Skype call confirmation will receive a reply and a time slot for the call; ExoClick will keep the details on file for future Client Days.
