CalExotics, JOPEN Celebrate 10 StorErotica Noms

ONTARIO, Calif. — CalExotics and JOPEN are celebrating their nominations for 10 StorErotica Awards.

“The StorErotica Awards celebrate the best in erotic retail, and honor the hard work and dedication of adult product manufacturers, distributors, key industry executives and retailers,” said a rep. “During these unprecedented times, the 2020 StorErotica Awards will be announced online and in the December issue of SE magazine.”

Susan Colvin, Founder and CEO of CalExotics and JOPEN described 2020 as “a particularly challenging year, so I am truly grateful to be nominated for these awards.”

“My team is dedicated, hardworking and determined to succeed, and these nominations are a testament that all of our hard work is being recognized,” Colvin continued.

The 10 nominations for CalExotics and JOPEN are for Pleasure Product Company of the Year and Retailer Brand Favorite of the Year (CalExotics); Executive of the Year (Colvin); Marketing Campaign of the Year (California Dreaming); New Product of the Year (French Kiss Casanova); BDSM Product/Range of the Year (Scandal); Luxury Product/Range of the Year (Shameless); Product Packaging of the Year (Hidden Pleasures and JOPEN); and Brand Ambassador of the Year (Dr. Jill McDevitt, resident sexologist for CalExotics).

"I was over the moon when I heard about my nomination for Brand Ambassador of the Year,” offered McDevitt. “It is an absolute joy to be part of the CalExotics team and I'm proud to represent this brand and its mission to bring pleasure to all people."

Voting for the 2020 StorErotica Awards is now open. Industry members can cast their votes at StorEroticaAwards.com. Voting ends October 15.
