Social Media Platform AdultNode.com Offers Free Upgrade for Sex Workers

LOS ANGELES — Social media platform AdultNode.com is reaching out to sex workers by offering a free account upgrade.

According to the company, with growing numbers around the globe quarantined, many part-time sex workers have been sent home from work and are struggling to pay their bills.

"AdultNode seeks to help this situation by upgrading sex workers’ accounts to VIP status, allowing them to more easily grow their following and make more money," a company rep explained.

“VIP accounts are usually a subscription-based type of upgrade that gives extra features such as the ability to boost posts to be shown to all users on the platform and not just followers,” said the rep. “VIP accounts are also shown as being 'recommended to follow' to new users after the sign-up flow.”

Sex workers can make money on AdultNode.com via its clips store, gifts and tips.

A live group video chat feature is also planned and will allow users to interact for a fixed per-minute fee.

“There are no strings attached,” said site administrator JaneTheLip. “All you need to do is join and send me a message and I will get your account upgraded. Then you can start posting.”
