LOS ANGELES — Adult studio Evil Angel has announced that the company is temporarily suspending production, effective Monday, March 16.
In a statement released today, Evil Angel founder John Stagliano said, “The spread of the COVID-19 virus is unknown at this point. Evil Angel is stopping production as of Monday morning, pending testing being available to performers."
He added on a hopeful note, "One thing the industry does well is testing.”
The announcement comes a day after fellow California-based company Girlfriends Films announced a similar hold on production due to concerns over the coronavirus outbreak.
"Performer and crew safety is always the company’s paramount consideration," Stagliano concluded.
