Updated: Performer Jay Dymel Passes Away

Friday, June 14: Updated with a new statement from Falcon Studios and additional memorial statements posted to social media.

LOS ANGELES — Performer Jay Dymel passed away, according to a statement from Falcon Studios Group.

"We are all heartbroken about the loss of Jay Dymel," the statement reads. "Not only was he a bright star, he was a loving and caring man and friend who was embraced by so many. We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends in this time of loss and sadness."

The young, muscular blond performer, who was partnered with fellow model Ryan Stone, anchored a variety of current titles, including “Five Brothers” and “Bare” from NakedSword Originals and “Room 106” for Falcon, among others. He apparently died Wednesday at a hospital in Los Angeles; a COD has not been confirmed.

“We’re supporting his partner (through) this unexpectedly tragic time,” tweeted Steve Cruz, director for Raging Stallion Studios, noting that director mr. Pam had been at the hospital with Dymel. “This isn’t a mental health issue,” said Cruz. “Humbly, we ask, please don’t presume to know, but please mourn with us.”

A GoFundMe page has been established to help cover funeral expenses.

“We lost a brother, a son, a best friend and most of all a sweet soul,” reads the GoFundMe tribute, which identifies Dymel’s birth name as Julian Pereza. “Jules had an infectious personality, it was so easy to love being around him. No matter what he always made you feel loved and like family and now he’s gone. Jules was loved by so many and will remain in our heart forever. He had made his imprint and impact on this world and our community.”

Posted below is a sampling of condolences posted to social media by Dymel’s colleagues.
