xHamster Reveals Spike in Alyssa Milano, Sex Strike Searches

CYBERSPACE — Alyssa Milano is a newly popular point of interest for xHamster fans. Her recent call-to-action on Twitter for a sex strike has resulted in a “dramatic rise” in searches for the actress and activist.

On Friday, Milano called for a sex strike to advocate for bodily autonomy in protest of several extreme anti-abortion laws, including a bill recently signed Georgia’s Republican governor, Brian Kemp.

Milano’s tweet instantly went viral with more than 15,200 retweets and over 46,000 “likes” at post time, resulting in a 112-percent spike on xHamster’s platform.

“We saw it coming” said Alex Hawkins, VP of xHamster. “Sex strikes may hurt everyday men and women, but they sure benefit xHamster. And they’ve only increased Milano’s appeal on our website, now that men know they can’t have her. Her searches spiked immediately on xHamster.”
