LOS ANGELES — Erika Lust’s LustCinema has released acclaimed writer and director Kay Brandt’s “Unfolding” to the European market.
According to Brandt, who co-wrote the story with author Selina Kitt, this is the first time Erika Lust Films has licensed one of her films, and she is “super excited” to see it released on Lust’s new imprint, LustCinema.
“I’ve been a fan and admirer of Erika Lust, her artistic sensibility and commitment to the art and craft of erotic filmmaking for many years,” Brandt told XBIZ. “Collaborating with Erika and her new imprint, ‘LustCinema’ is a tremendous honor.”
Brandt says “Unfolding” is already a big success for Adam & Eve and everyone is excited about the movie launching in Europe. As a measure of that success, “Unfolding” remains in the top slot on HotMovies.com (with Brandt’s “Babysitting the Baumgartners” ranked number two). “Unfolding” also dominates the number three spot on AdultEmpire.com (with “Babysitting the Baumgartners” fifth).
“Having this much love and support for ‘Unfolding’ is overwhelming and wonderful,” Brandt reveals, “and we’re grateful that the film is receiving the recognition it deserves.”
Giving fans a peek behind the picture, Brandt and “Unfolding” lead Cherie DeVille produced a brief video on a recent Las Vegas romp, which can be seen here.
In addition to DeVille, “Unfolding” features Seth Gamble, along with Abella Danger, Small Hands, India Summer and Codey Steele.
