NEW YORK — Pornhub today premiered redneck country all-star Wheeler Walker Jr.’s latest album, “WWIII,” along with his sex tape to promote the release of the album.
Walker, who has sold more than 200,000 albums worldwide, is no stranger to Pornhub. He premiered a music video from his first two albums on Pornhub, including “Drop ‘Em Out” and “Puss in Boots.”
But this is the first time he has created a sex tape to promote his album. It likely is the first time any music artist has paired up a sex tape with a record album release.
“WWIII,” which is named after his newborn son and dedicated to his wife, who appears in the sex tape, features tracks like “F*ck You With the Lights On,” “All The Pussy You Will Slay” and “I Like Smoking Pot (A Lot),” among others.
“WWIII” marks Walker’s third collaboration with four-time Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb (Sturgill Simpson, Chris Stapleton, Jason Isbell), on the heels of two trailblazing albums that shook the country music world to its core — debut album “Redneck Shit” and “Ol’ Wheeler” both charted Top 10 on Billboard’s Country lists.
“It’s no secret that Wheeler Walker Jr. is a risk taker in the music industry. While many artists, especially those in country, are singing about nostalgia and relationship struggles, Walker is singing about debauchery with expletive-laced lyrics imbued with humor,” said Corey Price, Pornhub’s vice president.
“He also paved the way as the first country singer to debut a music video, and now he’s premiering an album on an adult entertainment site and creating a sex tape to promote it. But he’s topped country music charts and sold more than 200,000 albums, so I guess what they say is true.
