LOS ANGELES — Adam & Eve is celebrating 28 XBIZ Awards nominations, including eleven nods for “The Cursed XXX.”
“We are honored to be recognized for the films created by a combination of so many talented people,” said Bob Christian, Adam & Eve’s director of new business. “On behalf of Adam and Eve, thank you XBIZ for these honors.”
The citations follow three 2019 XBIZ Exec Awards — Retail nominations for the company’s Chad Jenny, for Account Executive of the Year — Retail and Business Development Executive of the Year, and Christian as Businessman of the Year.
“We would like to give a big thank you to XBIZ for the recognition and all the outstanding nominations,” said Rachel Vigneaux, Adam & Eve’s executive producer. “We are also grateful to our team, all the talented artists who worked so diligently on our movies and also to our partners and colleagues as well as our fans who have provided such great energy and support. These nominations are for each of you!”
“The Cursed XXX,” from director Will Ryder, earned a Feature Movie of the Year nod, and “Naked,” from helmer Kay Brandt, snagged a Couples-Themed Release of the Year gong. Brandt’s “Unleashed” was nominated for All-Girl Release of the Year — Non-Feature, while the studio’s “Swingers Wife Swap 5: The Pajama Party” is up for All-Sex Release of the Year.

- Best Non-Sex Performance: David Lord for “Losers Never Get Laid”
- Best Sex Scene — Couples-Themed Release: Britney Amber & Derrick Pierce for “Naked”
- Best Sex Scene — Comedy Release: Kleio Valentien & Tommy Pistol for “Losers Never Get Laid”
- Best Sex Scene — Vignette Release: Anna Foxxx & Mickey Mod for “Adam & Eve’s Short Stories”
- Best Sex Scene — All Girl: Casey Calvert & Elsa Jean for “Beautiful Strangers”
- Best Screenplay: “The Cursed XXX”
- Best Cinematography: “The Cursed XXX”
- Best Art Direction: “The Cursed XXX”
- Best Music: “The Cursed XXX”
- Best Editing: “The Cursed XXX”
- Marketing Campaign of the Year: “The Cursed XXX”
Under Retail & Distribution, Adam & Eve stories earned a citation as Retailer of the Year — Chain and Progessive Retailer of the Year, while AdamEve.com is a nominee for Online Retailer of the Year — Full Range.

The 2019 XBIZ Awards, presented by MyFreeCams, and hosted by Stormy Daniels, are set for Thursday, Jan. 17 at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles. Fan voting for Movies & Production, Web & Technology, Pleasure Products and Retail & Distribution categories begins Nov. 21.
