BERLIN — Next month’s XBIZ Berlin conference will include a timely educational workshop sponsored by AVSecure on age-verification solutions.
The U.K.’s Digital Economy Act, with its stated goal of protecting minors from adult content, has led to the introduction of regulations pertaining to age-verification controls for porn sites.
While the regulations are still undergoing final review from the British Board of Film Classification and members of Parliament, the ongoing delay presents a great opportunity to break down what this new verification process will mean for online adult operators worldwide.
