Xgen Products Launches Retailer Support Program

HORSHAM, Pa. — Xgen Products has launched a retailer support program to assist retailers connect on a deeper level with their customers through education and in-store training.

Under the program, Xgen provides product training sessions for a wide range of products, product testers, marketing and display materials, in addition to eye-catching signage which engages customers and highlights product features.

Xgen was recipient of Specialty Distributor of the Year at the 2018 XBIZ Awards.

As part of the in-store training program, staff members will learn the differences and capabilities of products such as a wand vibrator, a multispeed rabbit-style vibe, fetish gear and sensual apparel, as well as menswear, sexy cosplay costumes, wigs, in addition to information about how a wide range of personal items can enhance intimacy.

Besides learning the benefits and features of a wide range of products during product demonstrations by Xgen’s knowledgeable team members, retail staff will learn unique selling techniques that will help move products and enhance customer satisfaction.
