SAN FRANCISCO — New weed-infused adult film studio XBlaze Productions has made an offer to legendary actress and comedian Roseanne Barr, offering the star $150,000 to appear in the very first scene of its new BBW line, XXXLBlaze.
Barr, who was recently ostracized on social media over a controversial tweet, is currently unemployed after losing her namesake TV show. Jeff Dillon, founder and CEO of XBlaze, is looking to remedy the situation with this proposal.
“Roseanne Barr is an icon who has been a part of the American pop culture landscape for over 30 years,” said Dillon, “and we want to celebrate her brilliance and unique talents with a showcase scene for XXXLBlaze.”
The offer letter, sent today to the star, is said to appeal to Barr’s unique, oversized personality and incredible talent, “celebrating who you are as a woman of great stature that appreciates the powerful buzz of positive media attention … and some really good weed.”
“She would be quite welcome in the adult industry, a place that understands and embraces outspoken, flamboyant and different kinds of people who speak their minds,” said Dillon. “We do not condone or judge what Miss Barr has said in the past. We just want to give her a job.”
