Willliams Trading Launches System JO Series of Online Courses

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading Co. has teamed with System JO to produce a series of new e-learning courses designed to educate retailers on the basics of selling lube.

Store associates who a complete the series will also receive a free gift upon certification.

Williams Trading Co., a System JO Preferred Partner, has released the first three courses of the series. The new System JO modules can be viewed at Williams Trading University here.

“System JO: Introduction to Personal Lubricants” is the first course of the multi-part series that teaches why personal lubricants are necessary and ways to overcome objections to the sale. Course number two is “System JO: Basic Types of Lube.” In the second course, JO breaks down all the different types of personal lubricants. The third course available is “System JO: Science and Safety,” that teaches about body-safe organic and PH-balanced formulas.

In addition to the free e-learning training modules, System JO offers a free gift upon completion of the course.

“This new mini series from System JO will be a great way to help improve sales and help salespeople feel confident when answering customers questions about lubricants,” says Scott D, director of sales and marketing.

Williams Trading University (WTU) is a free resource provided to Williams Trading customers with the collaborative support of vendors. Since its September 2015 launch, WTU has certified more than 68,000 store associates.
