Alex Lecomte Joins iWantEmpire as Marketing Director

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — iWantEmpire has hired online adult veteran Alex Lecomte as its director of marketing.

Lecomte is an experienced marketing strategist with degrees in psychology, marketing and advertising. He specializes in algorithms and the power of acquisitions and trends in buying habits.

He "brings psychology and passion to our team of analytics,” said Jay Phillips, founder and president. “These behavioral insights will be a great asset to our expansion strategy as we move forward to progress a lifestyle platform which is respectful and supportive of its artists.”

Lecomte’s duties will include analyzing trends and behaviors, developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies for iWantEmpire, identifying potential marketing partners and further developing cross-promotional opportunities, as well as overseeing all marketing and promotional efforts.

“I am excited to work with such a progressive brand which is leading the current movement towards independent artists," said Lecomte, who is attending the XBIZ Show. Our philosophies are very much aligned, and it is no accident our paths have crossed,” Lecomte said. “The principals and team at iWantEmpire are passionate about the advancement of societal stigmas and perceptions towards sexual freedom and its shifting effects on our culture.

Lecomte comes to iWantEmpire from Juicy Ads, where he served in a sales and marketing capacity, after serving as marketing director for StarEdition where he handled global marketing, branding, sales, corporate media and other duties. Other positions of service and experience in the adult space include marketing manager at various firms.
