HotMovies.com Announces '12 Months of Giving' Charitable Program

PHILADELPHIA — HotMovies.com has announced the launch of a 12-month-long program of charitable donations it calls “12 Months of Giving.”

Established in 2003, HotMovies is home to one of the largest online video collections, with more than 210,000 titles from more than 2,300 studios, featuring tens of thousands of performers. New content is added daily and is accessible across all major platforms, including desktop, Android, iPhone, and on TV via Roku.

According to the company, each month, it will select a different charity to receive a donation based on a percentage of gross sales for that month.

“We want to change people’s ideas of the role adult sites play in society,” said HotMovies Director of Marketing Danny C. “We’ve wanted to launch a generous long-term program for charitable giving, but we had a difficult time choosing just one charity, so we decided we wouldn’t limit ourselves to just one charity, Instead, we will choose 12 charities — one for every month of 2018.”

HotMovies.com will begin the program by donating a percentage of January’s sales to Cupcake Girls, an organization that was brought to their attention by producer/performer Jodi West. The Cupcake Girls offers a range of both in-house services and external care providers to work with and support the adult entertainment community.

The remainder of the charity selections have not been finalized, as HotMovies wants to remain open to user suggestions received by fans mailing suggestions@hotmovies.com.
