New Frontier CFO to Resign

BOULDER, Colo. — Worldwide adult entertainment producer and distributor New Frontier Media has announced that Chief Financial Officer Karyn Miller has resigned from her post, effective upon the naming of her successor.

The company is now beginning the search for Miller’s replacement.

“I couldn’t be more proud of the work I’ve done at New Frontier,” Miller said in a statement. “Our company is profitable, financially strong, and poised for even greater growth. Miller said she plans to spend at least a year camping and backpacking across the U.S.

Miller, 41, has been with the company since February 1999. According to the Denver Business Journal, Miller earned $180,000 per year for the past two years.

“Karyn has been with New Frontier for nearly nine years and has been a key contributor to our success,” said Michael Weiner, chief executive of New Frontier Media. “She will certainly be missed.”

Under The Erotic Networks brand, the company delivers seven full-time, adult-themed pay-per-view networks to cable and satellite operators across the country. Additionally, New Frontier is a leading provider of adult-themed video-on-demand content to cable and satellite platforms, as well as to the hospitality industry. These services reach more than 139 million network homes.

New Frontier is a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ exchange. Its stock price has fluctuated between $6.45 and $10.25 during the last 52 weeks.
