LOS ANGELES — French adult studio Marc Dorcel and Wicked Pictures have announced plans for the stateside release of “Undercover,” a new big-budget feature starring Megan Rain, Mina Sauvage and Cassie Del Isla, who take viewers into an exciting world of action, lust and international crime.
Marc Dorcel's Hervé Bodilis-directed movie, shot over 12 days, runs 105 minutes and offers breathtaking suspenseful scenes anchored by seven hardcore ones. The movie was budgeted at €160,000.
“From the locations to the stunt work, ‘Undercover’ sets new standards and will no doubt be heralded as the European adult film of the year,” a publicist said.
The feature also stars Apolonia Lapiedra, Alexa Tomas, Rose Valerie, Ania Kinski, Ricky Mancini, Emilio Ardana, Dorian Del Isla and Adrian Dimas.
“Undercover” is being distributed domestically by Wicked Pictures and will go on sale on Wednesday, Nov. 15.
With the upcoming U.S. debut, Wicked and Marc Dorcel are teaming up to give the European release a launch party next Friday, Nov. 10, at Le Jardin in Hollywood, Calif.
“In keeping with the film's French settings, this exciting lounge brings the charm and romanticism of a Parisian oasis to the heart of Hollywood,” the publicist said.
Featuring special guest Megan Rain, the evening will be a blended B2B / B2C event, beginning with a private, industry-only soiree at 9 p.m. Doors will open to the general public at 10:30 p.m.
