PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — HotMovies.com has announced the release of Kay Brandt’s latest Adam & Eve feature film, "Naked," which is exclusively available via VOD on HotMovies.com until Oct. 24.
The movie stars Derrick Pierce and Britney Amber as two contestants on a reality TV show who have to survive naked in the wilderness. It is based on Brandt’s novel of the same name and it uses the reality TV show as the backdrop to tell the story of the two characters’ lives before and after their appearance on the show.
Amber said, “I feel so lucky that she picked me for this role as this is unlike anything I have done before. The acting was great — the lighting, the writing, the directing — everything about it was 100 percent, and I just can’t wait to see it.”
Brandt previously directed Adam & Eve’s XBIZ Award-winning adaptation of "Babysitting the Baumgartners" and wrote and directed the sequel, "Adventures with the Baumgartners."
“Britney is right,” said Danny C., marketing director for HotMovies.com. “Everything Kay does is 100 percent, so we welcome any opportunity to get an exclusive release with her.”
"Naked" is the first book of a planned trilogy to be written by Brandt. The cliffhanger ending would suggest a sequel, but neither Brandt nor Adam & Eve would confirm.
