Girlfriends Films Unveils 'Lesbian PsychoDramas 25'

VALENCIA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films has announced the release of "Lesbian Psychodramas 25 — Messed Up! Episode 5," which is now available on DVD and will be in stores nationwide April 7.

Directed by Dan O’Connell, the "Messed Up!" saga continues with the ongoing drama surrounding Chanel Preston and Vanessa Veracruz. This time around, Veracruz reprises her role in drag as she goes through the process of transforming from the very girly "Vanessa" into the handsome, debonair, tuxedo-wearing Valentino.

According to the director, the transformation is eerily extraordinary. “There is something so Michael Jackson about her when Vanessa goes butch,” O’Connell exclaimed. “This is probably the only chance you’ll ever get to see one of the industry’s top female stars shave her face in a movie.”

Vanessa/Valentino appears in two scenes in the film — one with busty brunette Missy Martinez, and the other wearing a strap-on opposite Penelope Reed.

Romi Rain also reprises her role in the series as a follow-up to her scene in "Messed Up! Episode 4" with Scarlet Sage. This time, the director pairs Rain with another returning player, Mercedes Carrera. “When it comes to giving it her all for a scene, Romi Rain has extraordinary energy,” O’Connell added. “This particular performance showcases that ability, and she does a great scene with Mercedes Carrera.”

When it came to finding the "perfect partner" for Preston, O’Connell chose busty redhead Lauren Phillips to portray her therapist in what he refers to as another “great” scene. Phillips, a relatively new addition to the Girlfriends Films roster of talent, gave a rousing performance that "left director O’Connell nearly speechless." He simply stated, “I’m liking it.”
