1st XBIZ Cam Awards Garners 300K Pre-Nominations

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce that the live cam community has clamored with thunderous support for the first-ever XBIZ Cam Awards, presented by MyFreeCams, casting more than 300,000 pre-nominations for their favorites.

Set for Thurs., June 1, during the XBIZ Miami “Interactive” Summit, the XBIZ Cam Awards celebrates the top personalities that power the growth and popularity of the live cam space, capping the conference with a glitzy red-carpet event capturing the essence of sultry South Beach-style.

“Receiving more than 300k pre-noms shows an incredible outpouring of support for our inaugural XBIZ Cam Awards and reveals how vibrant today's cam community is,” said Leah Mahi, XBIZ director of marketing and advertising for the digital media market. “Our finalists can feel a tremendous sense of pride knowing they’ve risen to the top of such a massive tide of submissions from around the world."

The pre-noms are being tabulated this week, with the finalist nominees to be announced on April 10.

The winners of the XBIZ Cam Awards will be determined based on several criteria including finalist voting, which commences April 10 and runs through June 1.

From May 30 through June 2, South Beach’s chic Mondrian Hotel will serve as the venue for XBIZ Miami and the hub of the cam world in North America — setting the stage for the highly anticipated XBIZ Cam Awards.

Among its expanded offerings, this year’s XBIZ Miami presents a special focus on live cams, virtual reality and emerging interactive technologies, with top cam stars, including Jenny Blighe, Devious Angel, FloraBella, LittleRedBunny and Ramona Flour, serving as the official Show Ambassadors. 

A Cam Broadcaster Lounge, cam model fashion photo shoots, and a dedicated Cam Track, with sessions covering camming basics, sex toys, kink, social media, chat room engagement, personal finance and more, anchor the show’s cam-focused schedule.
