MIAMI — XBIZ Award-winning trans performer Wendy Williams received the 2017 TEA Lifetime Achievement Award on Mar. 5 at the 9th annual Transgender Erotica Awards in Los Angeles.
This year, Williams is celebrating 15 years in the adult industry, which started with her debut on ShemaleYum.com in 2002.
"I was very honored to be have received this award,” Williams said. “After 15 years working to not only promote myself, but also the Trans genre has been hard with many obstacles. So, being recognized is always welcomed and nice. Having companies like SMC, Grooby and Trans500 continue to believe in me as a performer is humbling, and I look forward to many more years.”
Currently Williams PR agency, HotWendyPR, manages Kelli Lox, Eliza Allure, Trans500 and Raven Roxx. Additionally, Williams produces and performs content for her site WendyWilliamsXXX.com and hosts T-Girl and Admirers events. She also joined ManyVids.com, which allows fans to purchase individual scenes as opposed to buying a membership.
