LOS ANGELES — Evil Angel has announced the release of director Rocco Siffredi's "Rocco: Sex Analyst," which debuts March 22 on DVD and VOD.
The new video concept further smears the increasingly blurry line between adult and mainstream entertainment. “Rocco: Sex Analyst” delivers rough anal content, tense psychodrama and something more: continuing characters fans can get to know.
“For a few years I’ve had in my mind to make a series like we usually see on TV, where the main actors always come back in different episodes,” Siffredi revealed. “If you can get the right performers, it works exactly as in normal life: The people want to see them again and again in the same role — they get more and more interested in those characters.” To help keep fans’ attention on his almost-ready-for-prime-time players, Siffredi added, “I am using only the best of the best people, only super-pretty girls and stars.”
Alexandra Kelley, Evil Angel’s vice president of sales and marketing, remarked, “Rocco has always been one to go far and beyond in his productions, and ‘Rocco: Sex Analyst’ is an ambitious project. With high production values and continuing characters, this new series gives fans reasons to keep coming back for more.”
Siffredi believes the mind is the most powerful sex organ — in his performers and the audience: “Basically, sex is not the pussy, not the dick, not the man, not the woman, but it is the brain and how the brain connects sex in every individual that is most interesting,” he illumined. Regarding the first edition of “Rocco: Sex Analyst,” he stated, “I have to say my expectation was not as much as I got, since there is so much to explore with the mind.”
