COLUMBUS — While attending the Exxxotica Expo Columbus today, performer/director Tanya Tate will announce the casts of Filly Films’ “Lesbian Family Affair 4” and “Lesbian Family Affair 5” via a live stream on Periscope.
The announcement will be made at 5:30 p.m. EST/2:30 p.m. PST from Tate’s Pro Tips With Tanya Tate seminar at the convention. The Exxxotica Expo Columbus begins today at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio and will continue through Sunday, Aug. 28.
“I wanted to do something special and unique for ‘Lesbian Family Affair 4 and 5,’” Tate said. “I really looked to the fans for input on who they thought I should feature in these movies. I thought it would be fun to announce who I cast via my Periscope live stream as a way to keep them involved.”
Tate's seminar is set to start today at 5:30 p.m. EST/2:30 p.m. PST. The MILF performer/director will live stream the opening of the panel and announce the casts for “Lesbian Family Affair 4” and “Lesbian Family Affair 5.” Tate’s Periscope feed can be at this link.
An extensive user of social media, Tate uses various platforms to create awareness of her brand. Tate recently launched a video series titled “The Tanya Tate Update” on her YouTube channel; the weekly series informs viewers of all the events that happen in her life.
“I have been very committed to my YouTube channel,” Tate said. “I think it’s an incredible way to reach people, one that I think is often overlooked. Creating free content can be tough, but it’s worth it for the reaction I receive.”
With over 200 videos, Tate’s YouTube channel has nearly 25,000 subscribers and close to 3 million views.
Tate has almost 400,000 followers on Twitter — which was recently verified by the platform.
“I have had my share of fake profiles out there,” Tate said. “Now, fans know it's me tweeting to them.”
