'POPDildo' Nominated for 'Pleasure Product of the Year' by NightMoves

TAMPA — Berman Innovations’ POPDildo has been nominated for Pleasure Product of the Year in NightMoves Magazine’s 24th annual NightMoves Awards, to be held in Tampa, Fla. on Sun., Oct. 9. This is the first year the NightMoves Awards, which started in 1993, have included pleasure products categories.

“For NightMoves’ first year of adding pleasure products to their award categories, it’s a true honor to receive a nomination,” said Stephanie Berman, CEO of the Boston-based Berman Innovations. “We are always humbled and thrilled to be considered amongst the many other deserving pleasure products and look forward to the event and hopefully, taking home a win.”

Berman Innovations’ flagship product, The Semenette, is a novelty intimacy product that allows partners to recreate the ejaculation process in the privacy of their own home through its proprietary inner tubing and pump system. Stephanie Berman herself is the first of many Semenette success stories: Berman and her wife successfully used the product to conceive their daughter and son.

“The product experienced its first viral wave soon after its launch in early 2015,” a spokesperson for Berman Innovations said, “and global media attention has not waned about the company’s innovative approach to at-home conception for the LGBT, FTM/trans, disabled and serodiscordant communities.”

Berman Innovations teamed up with German pleasure products manufacturer Fun Factory this year to introduce The Seminette's second iteration, POPDildo. By incorporating Fun Factory’s pleasure-focused shape, built for G-spot and prostate play, with the technology of the original Semenette, POPDildo is a novelty product for consumers from a wider variety of communities.

As part of its launch, Berman Innovations and Evil Angel director Aiden Starr collaborated to showcase POPDildo in her film, “Lesbian Anal Sex Slaves 2,” to show how the product could be used for play. To view a testimonial, visit this link.
