AdamMale Acquires Mesmerotic.com Affiliate Program

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — AdamMale has acquired the Mesmerotic.com affiliate program, a provider of gay paysites, including JustUsBoysClub.com, MaleMovieClub.com, Muchachos.com and AmateurHunks.com.

The Mesmoritic.com program, owned since 2005 by Vibe Media Inc., now will operate under the AdamMale division of PHE Inc.

AdamMale Director of E-Commerce James Ilsley said the purchase will jumpstart AdamMale's presence in the gay video membership arena.

"We have a new website that will launch shortly to leverage the custom content management system created by Mesmerotic," Ilsley said, "but we're excited that the acquisition of these established properties allows us to enter the gay membership arena with successful sites in full operation."

Vibe Media Inc. President Bryce Thomason said that the transition will be smooth and go mostly unnoticed.

"We've been working on this acquisition for a few months now," Thomason said, "and we've taken extraordinary steps to make sure that affiliates won't have to make any changes and that payouts will go uninterrupted."

Vibe Media Inc. now will focus on the marketing and development of its flagship site, JustUsBoys.com, as well as a few other web properties.

"We've enjoyed running the Mesmerotic.com affiliate system,, but we've discovered that we're very good at creating and managing traffic," Thomason said. "Now we can focus less on paysite content and customer service and put those energies into building more traffic for JustUsBoys."
