PITTSBURGH — March Madness has arrived in full force, with adult retailer and entertainment website AdultEmpire.com (AE), along with its production studio AE Films, set to host its fifth annual “Final Femme” contest.
The “Final Femme” is an online event where fans choose their favorite porn stars in tournament-style matchups, and coincides with NCAA basketball’s March Madness tourney.
The competition is broken down into four divisions of 16 contestants each, including “Superstars,” “Newbies,” “Social Media Stars” and “Adult Empire Girls” (a group comprised of AE Films’ leading ladies).
“We were the first adult company to launch a contest like this with porn stars, and last year was our biggest ‘Final Femme’ contest ever, in terms of fan voting and online traffic,” said Adult Empire’s Director of Marketing, Megan Wozniak. “So now as we go into our fifth year, we’re hoping for an impressive turnout and that fans take to the polls for each and every head-to-head battle.”
To participate, fans cast their ballots for their favorite stars, after which AE will narrow the field each week down to the “Sexy 16,” “Erotic Eight” and “Freaky Four,” leading into the championship round on April 5, with voting to close on April 6 at 5 a.m. PST.
The “Final Femme” winner will be awarded a scene in an upcoming AE Films production.
