'SDR Show' Broadcasts 'The Shiprocked Cruise'

NEW YORK  — "The SDR Show," hosted by comedian Big Jay Oakerson and radio personality Ralph Sutton, broadcast the first day of “The Shiprocked Cruise,” with substitute co-host comedian Luis J. Gomez and a variety of rock bands.

“Day One of ‘The SDR Show’ on ‘Shiprocked’ was one of legend, my friends,” Sutton said. “First of all, Luis J. Gomez comes on-board as the co-host, as Big Jay was out on the Impractical Jokers Cruise the week before and couldn't take two weeks off of SiriusXM’s ‘The Bonfire.’ Luis, to make this a magical show, decided to get an SDR tattoo thanks to Spaded & Jaded Tattoo, who was offering them free on the boat.”

Musical guests who appeared on the first day of “The Shiprocked Cruise” included We Are Harlot, Rubix Cube, Nonpoint and Dollskin.

Sutton said, “Comedian Rob Mailloux came with Luis, and jumped on the mic for a bit as well. Then, we had members of We Are Harlot, Nonpoint, Rubix Cube and Dollskin all on the show. Plus, Ralph's first radio co-host, Matt Murray, stopped by to say ‘hi’ as well. This was an epic first day of ‘Shiprocked 2016.’”

The “SDR” in “The SDR Show” stands for “Sex, Drugs and Rock N’ Roll.” The podcast focuses heavily on mainstream entertainment but has also featured adult stars such as Lisa Ann and Jade Vixen.
