CHATSWORTH, Calif. — ArchAngel has announced its winning of three top honors at the recent 2016 XBIZ Awards show in Hollywood.
ArchAngel took home one of the most coveted awards — “Best New Studio,” along with a win for director Tori Black as “Director of the Year — Non Feature Release” for one of the studio’s most popular titles of 2015, Kendra Lust’s showcase “True Lust.”
ArchAngel also won the “Gonzo Series of the Year” award for “The Booty Movie.”
“Thank you, XBIZ, for being forward-thinking and honoring us with these nominations,” says ArchAngel General Manager and Director MimeFreak. “We received 14 nominations and were hoping to get the ‘Best New Studio,’ but we’re thrilled to receive not only that but also a directorial and series win.”
“It was definitely an amazing night to walk away with three major awards,” says ArchAngel Owner Gabriel Guzman. “We’ve had a great first year, and we’re going to do even more this year. But, we will still continue to be fan-powered and work with talented performers.”
