Williams Trading Wins 2016 XBIZ Progressive Distributor of the Year Award

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — With sincere appreciation, veteran adult distributor Williams Trading has announced it was named Progressive Distributor of the Year at the 2016 XBIZ Awards.

With humble beginnings more than 40 years ago, Robert Pyne Sr. started the company out of the trunk of his car. Today, with Robert Pyne Jr.’s leadership, Williams Trading says its name has become "synonymous with progress, reputation and success."

“We love what we do at Williams Trading and we’re very pleased that it shows,” said Robert Pyne, Jr., president and CEO of Williams Trading. “Thank you XBIZ for this amazing industry award. And to our business friends and family, in gratitude, we raise a glass to you!”

“The company’s stellar reputation and business presence is testament to our amazing team behind the scenes,” said Scott D., director of sales and marketing for Williams Trading. “We are constantly on the lookout for new partners, sales channels and projects.”

One such project, Williams Trading University (WTU), was launched at the 2014 International Lingerie Show as an e-learning platform for adult retailers. The WTU program is available 24 hours/7 days per week and is accessible via a login account. Each course offers product benefits and features as well as a seminar that explains its importance to a customer, their needs and well-being.

“Since its launch, WTU has grown to 27,000 course certifications,” said Erin V. of Williams Trading. “Production of fresh new courses is ongoing and we look forward to offering even more free retailer training in the future.”
