Girlsway Names Mercedes Carrera as January Girl of the Month

MONTREAL — FameDollars today announced that Mercedes Carrera has been selected as Girlsway.com Girl of the Month for January.

Carrera, in addition to the Girlsway.com honors, will soon be seen in the studio’s next feature, “Project Pandora,” which has a worldwide premiere set for March.

“Passion is a key element when it comes to selecting Girlsway’s Girl of the Month, and Mercedes Carrera has demonstrated that from the moment she first stepped on set for the popular lesbian studio,” said a rep for the award-winning affiliate program and subsidiary of Gamma Entertainment.

“An incredibly talented, versatile and intelligent performer, Carrera began her Girlsway career with several episodes of the ‘Mommy’s Girl’ series before impressing directors Bree Mills and Stills by Alan enough to be cast as a supporting role in their Girlsway feature, ‘The Turning,’” the rep said of Carrera, who scored a 2016 XBIZ Awards nomination for MILF Performer of the Year.

Carrera said she was “over the moon” at the opportunity to be the Girlsway’s Girl of the Month.

“It's such an honor and not one I expected at all,” she said. “Working for Girlsway is always such a pleasure for a variety of reasons. They hire the most incredible girl/girl talent in the industry and the production team is top tier. Working for Bree, Alan and the rest of the crew has been a highlight of 2015 for me and I'm elated to have been chosen to be featured for January 2016.”

“I have the utmost respect for Mercedes and both Alan and I adore working with her,” adds Bree Mills, head of production for Gamma Films and writer, producer, co-director at Girlsway. “She shares our enthusiasm for interesting stories, complex characters, and great lesbian sex! I can’t wait for fans to see what she’s got in store for them as part of the Project Pandora cast!”

“Mercedes is a fan favorite amongst many sites and deserves the GOTM title," FameDollars’ Affiliate Manager Derrick G. said. "Attracting new users with Mercedes is bound to bring in fantastic results."

Presented by LiveJasmin, the 14th annual XBIZ Awards are slated Jan. 15 at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles. Fans can vote for Carrera here.
