MassiveDollars Hires Sharky as Program Director

LIMASSOL, Cyprus — Affiliate program MassiveDollars has hired 11-year adult industry veteran Sharky as its marketing and program director.

Sharky told XBIZ he was hired more than a month ago but wanted to make his mark at the company before formally announcing his hire.

"We held off the announcement as I spent that time going through all of [MassiveDollars'] sites to tweak for conversions and retention," Sharky said. "I wanted everything to be just right before making a push."

Sharky revised all site tours said conversion rates have more than doubled.

"Sharky's knowledge in affiliate program management, coupled with his expertise in increasing tour conversions and member retention, will immediately benefit all of our webmasters," MassiveDollars CEO NJ said.

Sharky said he has an "open door policy" with affiliates and that they can contact him directly to make comments and requests.

"I want their traffic and will do everything I can to make them money," Sharky said.

Sharky also said that MassiveDollars will soon launch several new sites, including CheerLeaders.com.
