HOLLYWOOD — “Ultimate MILF” Karen Fisher is one of the stars of Adam & Eve’s new fetish film, “Shades of Desire.”
Directed by Luc Wylder, the movie’s plot revolves around a book club turning into a sex club after reading an erotic novel about the BDSM world. Karen gets to ride a Sybian and then hooks up with Richie Calhoun.
